Note: our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Tindara within 14 days of purchase date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in the original box, and must include all packing material.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by Tindara to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
